3E1 Air Atomising Spray Nozzle Bodies

Product Reference: 3E1

The 3E1 Air Atomising Spray Nozzle Body is a high-capacity version of the standard Type E pneumatic atomising nozzle body, designed for applications requiring increased air and liquid flow. It features larger 1/2" air and liquid connections, helping accommodate the higher capacities required by more demanding spray applications.

The 3E1 forms part of the versatile Type E air atomising nozzle range and is offered in a choice of construction materials, including nickel-plated brass, 303 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel. Other materials can also be supplied on request to meet specific application and operating requirements.

  • High-capacity Type E nozzle body designed for increased flow requirements.
  • Similar body configuration to the standard E1 Air Atomising Spray Nozzle Body.
  • Larger 1/2" air connection for higher-capacity applications.
  • Larger 1/2" liquid connection for higher-capacity applications.
  • Designed for use as part of a pneumatic air atomising spray nozzle assembly.
  • Available in nickel-plated brass.
  • Available in 303 stainless steel.
  • Available in 316L stainless steel.

More Information

The 3E1 Air Atomising Spray Nozzle Body provides a higher-capacity alternative within the Type E pneumatic atomising nozzle range. Based on the standard E1 body design, the 3E1 is differentiated by its larger air and liquid inlet connections, making it particularly suited to applications where higher flow capacity is required.

Both the air and liquid connections are 1/2", compared with the smaller 1/4" connections used on the standard E1 body. These larger connections are specifically intended to accommodate increased capacities, making the 3E1 an appropriate body choice when the requirements of the spray application exceed those suited to the standard E1 configuration.

As an air atomising nozzle body, the 3E1 provides the mounting and supply interface for the air and liquid components of the nozzle assembly. Air atomisation uses separate air and liquid supplies at the nozzle, allowing the two media to be brought together as part of the atomising process. The 3E1's larger supply connections make it the Type E body configuration intended specifically for higher-capacity requirements.

A choice of construction materials allows the nozzle body to be matched to different operating environments. Standard material options for the Type E range include nickel-plated brass, 303 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel, while alternative materials are available on request.

The 3E1 is therefore a practical choice when specifying a Type E air atomising nozzle system where the familiar E1-style configuration is required but larger air and liquid connections are needed to support higher flow capacities.

FAQ

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Suspendisse varius enim in eros elementum tristique.

The 3E1 is similar to the standard E1 but is designed for higher capacities. Its key difference is the use of 1/2" air and liquid connections, compared with the E1's smaller 1/4" connections.

The 3E1 features 1/2" connections for both the air and liquid supplies. The larger connection size is specifically intended to support higher capacities than the standard E1 Type E nozzle body.

Material options within the Type E range include nickel-plated brass, 303 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel. Other materials can also be provided on request, allowing the nozzle body material to be selected according to specific application requirements.

Choose the 3E1 when you require the general configuration of the standard E1 body but need larger air and liquid connections to accommodate higher flow capacities. Its 1/2" connections make it the higher-capacity option within this body style.
