More Information

Type E Air Atomising Spray Nozzle Bodies offer a flexible choice of configurations for integrating pneumatic atomising spray nozzles into a wide variety of installations. The range is based around the E1, the standard Type E body, which incorporates 1/4" female connections for both the air and liquid supplies.

For applications requiring higher capacities, the 3E1 provides similar functionality to the E1 but uses larger 1/2" air and liquid connections. Where control of the liquid supply is required directly at the nozzle body, the E2 incorporates a rear adjustment needle that allows the liquid flow to be regulated.

The E3 is designed for liquids that may cause blockage of the liquid orifice due to impurities or their composition. A rear-mounted button operates a clean-out needle to assist with clearing the orifice. For applications where the required spray point is positioned away from the body mounting location, the E3P combines a clean-out needle with a 300 mm spray extension.

An E1S version provides the characteristics of the E1 together with a swivel for adjusting the direction of the spray. This model is available on request in nickel-plated brass.

For restricted spaces, compact alternatives include the E1M, with 1/8" connections positioned on the same side, and the 0ME, which positions its 1/8" connections at 90° to each other for difficult installations. The 0MES offers a reduced-size alternative to the E1 while retaining the spray characteristics of the standard Type E range and using 1/8" female connections.

Construction options include nickel-plated brass, 303 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel, with additional materials available on request, allowing the nozzle body to be selected to suit different operating environments and application requirements.

The E1 is the standard option. Choose the E2 where liquid flow adjustment is required, E3 for integrated clean-out functionality, E3P for an extended spray position, or one of the compact E1M, 0ME or 0MES models where installation space is restricted.

Type E Air Atomising Spray Nozzle Bodies are available in nickel-plated brass, 303 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel. Other construction materials can also be supplied on request, providing additional flexibility when selecting a body for a particular application or operating environment.

Yes. The E3 incorporates a clean-out needle operated using a button at the rear of the body, making it suitable where impurities or the nature of the liquid could cause the liquid nozzle orifice to become obstructed.

Yes. The E1M, 0ME and 0MES provide compact installation options. The E1M has same-side 1/8" connections, while the 0ME arranges its 1/8" connections at 90°. The 0MES combines reduced dimensions with the spray characteristics of the standard Type E range.
